"Fare Thee Well" is an original framed acrylic painting on panel by Philip Gladstone
- Adapted from a circa 1923 self-portrait photograph by Rudolf Koppitz (Austrian, 1884-1936)
- Made with artist's acrylic paints, including iridescent (gold) paints, with touches of mixed-media on a 3/4 inch deep cradled wooden panel, heavily varnished
- Framed in a handcrafted wooden frame that features a hand-rubbed, layered painted finish, and genuine 12k gold (white gold) leaf
- Image measures 10 by 8 inches, overall size with frame 15-1/2 by 13-1/2 inches
- Created in December 2022
- Signed by the artist with his monogram cipher (PG), lower left/center; signed again with his full name, dated and inscribed with the title on the reverse
