Philip Gladstone is an independent fine artist who lives and works in Maine, USA
• Philip Gladstone offers his original works for sale on this website, browse available works here. Our list prices are based on actual recent sales of comparable works, but we encourage and welcome any reasonable offer; make an offer, propose payment plans, and/or arrange for international shipping using this form
• Limited edition giclées are made by the artist at his studio in Maine and available on this website, and custom prints of images from the artist's catalog are often possible and requests are encouraged; browse the Prints Studio store here (US only), and request custom prints and/or arrange for international shipping using this form
• The artist, a former frame shop owner, will custom frame his work upon request (additional charges apply); browse examples of recently framed works here
• Commission requests are encouraged, thoughtfully considered and viewed by the artist as collaborations with collectors; see examples of past commissioned works here, and reach out to the artist with your proposal anytime
• Payments are made with any major credit/debit card or PayPal in the Prints Studio store checkout (US only); original art, international purchases, custom framing and commissions will be invoiced. Invoices are emailed and are payable with any major credit/debit card; PayPal is available upon request
• Short-term payment plans are sometimes accepted; tell us what would work for you using this form and we'll tell you if it would work for us **
• Shipping is by UPS, USPS or other premium service, fully insured with a provided tracking number. Shipping is generally free (included) to the US; international shipments are billed at actual carrier cost. To arrange for international shipments, use this form *
Timeframes:
• Original art (completed works) and prints generally ship from the artist's studio in 1-3 business days
• Custom framing completion times vary depending on complexity, availability of materials etc., but projects are generally completed in 3-6 weeks
• Commission timeframes vary widely, and the time it takes for the artist to complete a given work, with all its unique variables, is to some degree unpredictable. The artist will give you an estimate up-front, but it isn't a guarantee; he does promise that he will give his all to the project, and expects that you'll be thrilled with the result

! All sales are final (no refunds). Please understand that due to the unique, handcrafted and made-on-demand nature of our offerings, we can't accept returns due to buyer's remorse. If you feel there's a been a problem with your purchase, please let us know and we'll work hard to make it right
* International shipments: Import duties, taxes, and any other government charges aren't included in the item price or shipping cost; any and all charges incurred are the buyer's responsibility
** Payment Plans constitute a legally binding contract, and all payments are expected to be timely made; in the instance of default, any payments previously made will be forfeited by the buyer
