    "Contemplation" is a one-of-a-kind, hand painted bas-relief sculpture by Philip Gladstone
  • Made with polymer clay, coins, collaged fabric, brass upholstery tacks ('framing' the panel) and other media, mounted to a cradled wooden panel; painted and patinated with artist's acrylic paints and varnished. Wired on the back, and ready to display on a wall
  • Image measures 12 by 9 inches, ≈ 1.25" deep
  • Created in September 2022
  • Signed by the artist with his monogram (PG) lower right and dated "2022" lower left; signed again with his full name and inscribed with the title on the reverse
