"The Wishing Place" is an original mixed-media work on paper by Philip Gladstone
- Made with charcoal, white chalk, touches of grey colored pencil, and ink applied with brush and pen, with sgraffito (scraping through to the gesso layer), on Canson drawing paper prepared with gesso and a wash of India ink
- Image measures ≈ 11-3/4 by 11-3/4 inches (as shown, full sheet slightly larger)
- Created in June 2024
- Signed by the artist with his monogram cipher (PG) and dated "2024", lower left; signed again with his full name and inscribed with the title on the reverse
