- Made with artist's professional acrylic paints, including some iridescent paints, on a framed wooden panel (the frame is integral to the work)
- The wooden frame portion of "The Equinox", hand-crafted and leafed in 22k gold, was permanently affixed to the panel by the artist and painted as an extension of the piece
- Overall size is 14-1/2 by 12-1/2 by 2 inches
- Created in October 2021
- Signed by the artist with his monogram (PG) and dated "2021", lower center; signed again with his full name and inscribed with the title on the reverse
