Artist's note: The nude figure in Harvest Moon was inspired by and based upon a circa 1880 photograph of sculptor Samuel Murray by American artist Thomas Eakins (Wikipedia↗)

• "Harvest Moon" is an original mixed-media work on paper by Philip Gladstone
• Made with pen-and-ink, watercolor and watercolor pencils with touches of acrylic and sgraffito on white clay-coated paper
• Image measures 11-1/2 by 6-5/8 inches (as shown, sheet slightly larger)
• Created in 2016, retouched 2019
• Signed by the artist with his monogram (PG), lower left; signed again with his full name, dated 2016-2019 and inscribed with the title on the reverse
