Based on a 1914 photograph by the Parrish Sisters (See last image in gallery)

• Hideaway is an original mixed-media work on paper by Philip Gladstone
• Made with India ink, charcoal, watercolor, watercolor pencils, Windsor & Newton pigmented markers and acrylic, finished with with satin UV-filtering archival varnish, on 140 lb. Arches hot-press watercolor paper
• Image measures 8-1/4 by 8-1/4 inches (as shown, sheet slightly larger)
• Created in July-August 2020
• Signed by the artist with his monogram (PG), lower right; signed again with his full name, dated and inscribed with the title on the reverse
