- Measures 18-3/4 inches (H) by 15-3/4 inches (W) by 1-1/2 inches (D)
- Created in February 2021
- Signed by the artist with his monogram (PG) and dated "2021", lower right ; signed again with his full name and inscribed with the title on the reverse
